Order Tracking

How tracking works

Once your order has been produced and dispatched, we send a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages depending on stock location and production routing.

If you have not received tracking yet

Please allow 1 to 3 business days for production before expecting a tracking email. During busy periods this may take slightly longer.
