Personalized products
Because our phone cases are made to order and personalized for each customer, change-of-mind returns and refunds are not available once production has started.
If something is wrong
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or clearly different from what was approved, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If the claim is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Order changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as quickly as possible. We can only update or cancel orders that have not entered production yet.
