Production time

Most custom cases are produced within 1 to 3 business days after payment and design details are confirmed.

During high-volume periods, launches, or holiday peaks, production may take longer. If there is a material delay, we will contact you by email.

Estimated delivery times

United States: usually 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.

Europe: usually 4 to 8 business days after dispatch.

International destinations: usually 7 to 15 business days after dispatch.

Tracking and customs

Tracking details are sent by email once your order has been packed and shipped.

Customers are responsible for any local customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees where applicable.
